The French vodka manufacturer ‘Grey Goose’ transformed the exhibition space into the Salon de Martini, designed to showcase the attributes of the vodka made from wheat sourced from the fertile Picardy region of France. Concurrently, Grey Goose collaborated with chef Brent Savage of ‘Yellow Restaurant’ to host La Boulangerie at Yellow, with pastries and bread made from the same Picardy wheat.
